💰 2027 draft budget: figures for healthcare According to the draft federal budget, 1.8 trillion rubles are reserved for the healthcare sector next year. The state program «Развитие здравоохранения» is allocated 1.392 trillion rubles — 134.5 billion less than was originally planned for 2026. Funding for the federal project «Борьба с онкологическими заболеваниями» will amount to 3.87 billion rubles, while a year earlier 144.9 billion were budgeted for it. At the same time, this refers only to this particular federal project, and not to all expenses for oncology treatment.
