План занятия по английскому языку: «Postboxes in Russia and the UK» Подходит для уровня A2–B1, возраст — дети 7–12 лет или взрослые начинающие. Длительность — 45 минут. Этап 1. Вводная часть (5 минут) Цель: вызвать интерес, активировать базовую лексику. Учитель показывает 2 картинки: красный британский pillar box и типичный российский почтовый ящик у подъезда. Задаёт вопросы: What do you see in the pictures? Where can we put letters? Have you ever posted a letter? Затем формулирует тему: Today we’re going to talk about postboxes in Russia and the UK. Этап 2. Основная лексика (7 минут) Вводим ключевые слова и фразы. Лучше показывать на картинках. English – Russian postbox / mailbox – почтовый ящик pillar box – уличный почтовый ящик-колонна (в Британии) letter – письмо stamp – марка envelope – конверт postman – почтальон to post a letter – отправить письмо red colour – красный цвет blue colour – синий цвет Практика: ученики повторяют хором, затем в парах: I put the letter in the postbox. She posts a letter with a stamp. Можно вырезать из бумаги маленькие «конверты» и «марки» и раскладывать их по картонным «ящикам» — это добавит кинестетический элемент. Этап 3. Текст про Великобританию (8 минут) Читаем вслух короткий текст, затем отвечаем на вопросы. In the UK, you can see red postboxes everywhere. They are called pillar boxes. The most famous ones are bright red. People put letters into them, and then the postman collects the mail. The Royal Mail is the main postal service in Britain. Many postboxes have the king’s or queen’s initials on them. Some postboxes are even gold: they were painted gold to celebrate Olympic gold medal winners from that town. Текст про Россию (8 минут) In Russia, postboxes are usually blue. You can find them near post offices or in apartment buildings. Many people keep a small mailbox right in their building’s hallway. The main postal service is called Russian Post (Почта России). People use postboxes to send letters and postcards. Nowadays, many also send parcels and small packages through the post. Вопросы: What colour are Russian postboxes? Where do people often keep their mailboxes? What is the name of the main postal service? What can you send by post? Этап 5. Сравнение (7 минут) Работа в парах. Ученики заполняют простую таблицу: Feature – UK – Russia Colour – red (often) – blue (often) Name – pillar box / postbox – почтовый ящик / mailbox Where to find – streets, towns – near post offices, in buildings Main postal service – Royal Mail – Russian Post После заполнения пары рассказывают 1–2 предложения: In the UK, postboxes are red. In Russia, they are blue. Этап 6. Практика речи (5 минут) Ролевая игра «You want to post a letter». Ученик 1 (клиент): I want to post this letter to London. How much is the stamp? Ученик 2 (post office worker): The stamp costs 100 rubles. Here is your stamp. Put the letter in the postbox over there. Этап 7. Закрепление и домашнее задание (5 минут) Закрепление: игра «True or False»: Postboxes in the UK are usually blue. (False) In Russia, the postal service is called Royal Mail. (False) People put letters in postboxes.
