1 раз непонятно, что делать 😅 по силам очень сложно, тк техника неправильная. 2й раз плыли пободрее, но всё равно, кто в лес, кто по дрова. Как лебедь, рак и щука. 3й раз самый четкий, без лишних движений, меньше усталости, руки сами гребут с правильной техникой на автомате, я сама очень удивилась: правильный хват, привороты весла 🤩 Два сплава по часов 4-5, и вы профи! Всем рекомендую этот семейный тимбилдинг. Мы плаваем с @protur, они есть в тг. Очень рекомендую, тк всё чётко, вкусно, по-семейному и увлекательно! ❤️ 1st attempt – I had no idea what I was doing 😅 It was really hard because my technique was completely wrong. 2nd attempt – We paddled a bit faster, but it was still all over the place. It felt like the fable about the swan, the pike, and the crayfish – everyone pulling in different directions. 🦢🦞🐟 3rd attempt – The best one! No unnecessary movements, less fatigue, my arms were rowing with the right technique automatically. I was really surprised myself: the right grip, the right turns of the paddle 🤩 After two trips of about 4-5 hours each – you're a pro!
