🤝💼 International students and graduates at the All—Russian Employment Fair - a bridge between cultures and professions! The federal stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair on the basis of Institute of Economics, Information Technology and Creative Industries of Derzhavin University has become a truly vibrant platform of opportunities — and one of its most noticeable accents was the active participation of international students and graduates this year ✅ For children from other countries, the fair is not just a chance to find a job or internship, but an important step towards integration into the professional environment of Russia. Here they were able to show that their cultural and educational background is not a barrier, but an advantage: a fresh look, unique competencies, and a willingness to learn and work in a multicultural team. ➡️ A special atmosphere prevailed at the stands of companies and universities: international students studied the proposals with interest, asked questions in Russian and English, and shared their expectations for their future careers. Many of them are already confidently navigating the Russian labor market, thanks to adaptation programs, language courses, and the support of the Center for Social Adaptation and Intercultural Communication. 👏 The organizers, Ministry of Labor and Employment of the region, have done everything to make the site as convenient and understandable as possible for all participants. Consultations were held on the paperwork, the specifics of the employment of foreign citizens were explained, recommendations were given on the preparation of resumes and interviews. Special attention was paid to the issues of legal employment and temporary employment opportunities for students. Among the participating companies were representatives of the IT sector, creative industries, services and education - that is, precisely those areas where flexibility of thinking and the ability to work in international teams are in demand. For many employers, meeting international students was a revelation — they saw them not just as applicants, but as future project leaders who could bring new ideas and approaches to the team. Федеральный этап Всероссийской ярмарки трудоустройства на базе Института экономики, информационных технологий и креативных индустрий Державинского университета стал по-настоящему яркой площадкой возможностей — и одним из самых заметных её акцентов стало активное участие иностранных студентов и выпускников этого года ✅ Для ребят из других стран ярмарка — это не просто шанс найти работу или стажировку, а важный шаг к интеграции в профессиональную среду России. Здесь они смогли показать, что их культурный и образовательный бэкграунд — не барьер, а преимущество: свежий взгляд, уникальные компетенции и готовность учиться и работать в мультикультурной команде. ➡️ На стендах компаний и вузов царила особая атмосфера: иностранные студенты с интересом изучали предложения, задавали вопросы на русском и английском, делились своими ожиданиями от будущей карьеры. Многие из них уже уверенно ориентируются в российском рынке труда — благодаря программам адаптации, языковым курсам и поддержке Центра социальной адаптации и межкультурной коммуникации. 👏 Организаторы — Министерство труда и занятости населения области — сделали всё, чтобы площадка была максимально удобной и понятной для всех участников. Проводились консультации по оформлению документов, разъяснялись особенности трудоустройства иностранных граждан, давались рекомендации по составлению резюме и прохождению собеседований.
