🎓 The admission campaign for international applicants to Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNRPU) officially starts on June 20, 2026. One of Russia’s leading engineering universities opens enrollment for Bachelor's, Specialist, Master's, and PhD programs for applicants from all over the world. ✅ Admission Options for International Applicants International citizens may apply to study at PNRPU through three admission pathways: · State-funded places (Russian Government Quota) — tuition-free education under scholarships allocated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. · General competition for state-funded places — available to citizens of certain CIS countries (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan), as well as applicants holding the status of a compatriot under Federal Law No. 99, including citizens of other former Soviet Union countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine). Admission is granted on equal terms with Russian citizens based on the results of PNRPU entrance examinations or the Unified State Exam (EGE). · Tuition-based studies — education under a tuition contract with the opportunity to take entrance examinations in person during PNRPU’s off-site admission campaigns in Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan. 🕓 Key Admission Dates – 2026 · June 20 — Start of application and document submission for international applicants. · July 10 — Deadline for submission of documents for applicants competing for state-funded places through PNRPU internal entrance examinations. · August 28 — Deadline for applications for tuition-based full-time programs. · Until September 30 — Publication of admission lists, contract signing, and final enrollment for tuition-paying students. 📋 Required Documents To apply, an international applicant must prepare: 1. Passport (and a copy with a notarized Russian translation). 2. Educational document (school certificate or diploma with transcript/grades, accompanied by a notarized Russian translation). If required, the document must undergo legalization and/or recognition procedures. How to Submit Documents?
