Чтобы заселение прошло быстро и без лишних сложностей, заранее подготовьте документы и ознакомьтесь с порядком действий. Сохраняйте инструкцию 💙 Перед заселением необходимо пройти четыре шага: 1️⃣Предоставить в Приёмную комиссию оригинал документа об образовании: Ленинградский проспект, д. 51/1, кабинет 0222. 2️⃣Заполнить анкету и заявление о заселении в Управлении международного сопровождения иностранных обучающихся и работников: Ленинградский проспект, д. 51/1, кабинет 0523. 3️⃣Вместе с заявлением посетить Миграционно-визовый отдел: Ленинградский проспект, д. 51/1, кабинет 0209. 4️⃣Вместе с заявлением и полным пакетом документов обратиться в Службу размещения: ул. Балтийская, д. 10, к. 3, цокольный этаж. ✅Для заселения понадобятся: 🔵флюорография — действительна 1 год; 🔵общий анализ крови; 🔵общий анализ мочи; 🔵исследование крови на RW, HBC, HCV и ВИЧ — действительно 6 месяцев; 🔵заключения инфекциониста, дерматолога, отоларинголога и терапевта — действительны 6 месяцев; 🔵копия сертификата прививок или сведения о прививках, внесённые в медицинскую справку; 🔵полис ДМС; 🔵нотариально заверенный перевод медицинских документов на русский язык.
