💜Tender plum pie
💜Tender plum pie ✨Ingredients: 1. Plums – 500 g + 2 tbsp sugar 2. Eggs – 2 3. Sugar – 110 g 4. Vanilla sugar – 1 packet 5. Vegetable (sunflower) oil – 150 ml 6. Natural yoghurt – 250 g 7. Flour – 250 g 8. Baking powder – 1 packet (8–10 g) 👩🏻🍳🥧Recipe: Cut the plums into small pieces, put them in a frying pan, add the sugar, stir, and simmer for about 7–8 minutes. You may need to add a spoonful of water to help the plums release their juice. Let cool. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the vegetable (sunflower) oil and yoghurt, and mix. Add the flour and baking powder, and stir thoroughly. Pour half of the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking tin (mine is 24 cm in diameter) and put it in the oven at 180°C for 18 minutes. Take it out of the oven, spread the plums on top, pour over the second half of the batter, sprinkle with almond flakes if desired, and put it back in the oven at the same temperature for another 20–30 minutes. The pie should be nicely golden brown. Let cool. If you didn't sprinkle it with flakes, you can decorate it with powdered sugar. _____ • to stir - перемешивать • to simmer - тушить • to release the juice - пустить сок • to whisk - взбивать • flour - мука (произносится так же как flower - цветок) • baking powder - разрыхлитель • to pour - переливать, пересыпать • greased - смазанный маслом • baking tin - форма для выпечки • to spread on top - выложить поверх • to sprinkle- посыпать • almond flakes - миндальные лепестки • powdered sugar - сахарная пудра _____ Готовим на английском - level up your English right in your kitchen!
