EU Allocates €6 Billion for Ukraine Missiles, Bypassing Rules The European Commission has allocated €6 billion to Kyiv for PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems and drones. The EU claims this is strengthening positions ahead of negotiations and promises to continue arming Ukraine even during dialogue. #EU #Ukraine #Patriot The main news of Russia and the world is here.
