🌟 Ректор и студенты МарГУ — на Международном фестивале молодёжи! Михаил Швецов прибыл в Екатеринбург, где сейчас проходит главное молодёжное событие года — МФМ-2026. Михаил Николаевич уже успел увидеться с делегацией вуза, пожелать ребятам удачи на предстоящих мастер-классах и обсудить, что нового они узнали за первые дни фестиваля. 😎 В рамках визита Михаил Швецов посетил гастрономический проект «Вкус народов мира» под руководством Екатерины Шаповаловой — автора «Гастрономической карты России». На площадке фестиваля марийскую кухню представляют Юлия и Иван Антроповы из Республики Марий Эл. Они проводят мастер-класс по лепке подкоголей — традиционного марийского блюда, которое уже стало визитной карточкой нашего региона. Напомним, что совсем недавно в МарГУ состоялась презентация уникальной книги «Гастрономический код Марийского края». В издании представлен 41 рецепт – от говядины по-таирски и пирога из калины до трехслойных блинов команмелна и торта «Вечерняя Йошкар-Ола». Книга содержит технологию приготовления блюд, знакомит с этнографией, историей и бытом народов, населяющих Среднее Поволжье. На страницах книги читатель найдет QR-коды, отсылающие на кухню к Ивану и Юлии Антроповым, где рассказывают и показывают не только как приготовить блюдо, но и раскрывают технологические секреты. 🎯 Сегодня участников ждут лекции, мастер-классы, дискуссии и творческие встречи. А вечером для гостей и участников форума студенты МарГУ из Индии приготовят традиционный чечевичный суп Масурдал и лепёшки роти. Mikhail Nikolayevich has already met with the university's delegation, wished the students good luck at the upcoming master classes, and discussed what new things they have learned during the first days of the festival. 😎 As part of his visit, Mikhail Shvetsov attended the gastronomic project "Taste of the Peoples of the World" led by Ekaterina Shapovalova, author of the "Gastronomic Map of Russia." At the festival venue, Mari cuisine is represented by Yulia and Ivan Antropov from the Republic of Mari El. They are holding a master class on making podkogoli — a traditional Mari dish that has already become a hallmark of our region. Let us remind you that recently Mari State University hosted the presentation of a unique book, "The Gastronomic Code of the Mari Region." The publication features 41 recipes — from Tair-style beef and viburnum pie to three-layer komonmelna pancakes and the "Evening Yoshkar-Ola" cake. The book contains cooking techniques and introduces the ethnography, history, and daily life of the peoples inhabiting the Middle Volga region. On the pages, readers will find QR codes that lead to the kitchen of Ivan and Yulia Antropov, where they not only tell and show how to prepare a dish but also reveal technological secrets. 🎯 Today, participants will enjoy lectures, master classes, discussions, and creative meetings. And in the evening, Mari State University students from India will prepare traditional lentil soup Masur Dal and roti flatbreads for the guests and participants of the forum.
