🎓 Developing pedagogical competencies through inter-university network collaboration 📢 Since September 1, students of the Institute of National Culture and Intercultural Communication at Mari State University have been taking part of their educational programme at Udmurt State University — as part of an agreement on the network form of education. This helps future teachers develop flexibility, intercultural communication skills and the ability to adapt to a new environment. 💬 Komelina Valeria: "Studying in a new city and in a different environment is not easy, but it is truly exciting. This trip gives us valuable experience and opens up many opportunities that will be useful in the future." 💬 Churikova Ekaterina: "Studying in another city is a great opportunity to learn how students live and study in a different region and to get to know a new culture. At first, it was difficult to get used to the academic process, but now everything has become much easier. I especially like that in every English class we share our impressions of the past day — it makes the lessons lively and interesting. At the same time, of course, I miss MarSU and our teachers." 💙 For INKaMK students, these two months are not just a fragment of the curriculum, but a living experience that teaches flexibility, attentiveness and the ability to find common ground with different people. These are exactly the qualities that make a teacher truly strong.
