Nebenzya: The West has taken a cynical stance on the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the college in Starobelsk Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, said that Western countries had cynically denied the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the college in Starobelsk, which resulted in the deaths of people, including minors. "It was very cynical, because people died," the diplomat emphasized. Kiev and its backers were trying to avoid responsibility. #Starobelsk #UN Other news | Channel in MAX
