In Lugansk, the head of the Investigative Committee was informed about almost 10,700 criminal cases for crimes committed by the Kiev regime. Since 2014, 10,683 cases have been initiated, and 8,314 civilians have been victims, with more than 20,000 injured. 1,190 members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been convicted. This statistics was presented by First Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee Eduard Kaburneev at a meeting in Lugansk.
