Aviation Parts Trading Specialist (Office-Based) We are seeking a highly capable, detail-driven professional to join our team in a key operational role supporting aircraft parts trading activities. This is a structured, execution-focused position suited for individuals who are highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 📌 Role Overview You will be responsible for managing aircraft parts request, obtaining and evaluating all supplier quotations through our established aviation platforms, and preparing accurate and professional offers. 🔗 Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming RFQ and PN inquiries • Request and obtain supplier quotations through our existing aviation platforms • Evaluate and compare multiple offers (price, condition, certification) • Select optimal solutions to prepare quote • Select the most suitable offer and prepare customer quotations. • Review and verify airworthiness documentation (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, etc.) • Verify part condition, traceability and certification prior to quotation • Conduct follow-ups with customers and suppliers (pricing, certificates, condition, etc.) 📝 Requirements • Good command of written English • Proficiency in email communication • Extremely high attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple transactions • Professional structured working approach • Experience with excel and calculation • Aviation experience is an advantage • All email communication MUST be conducted STRICTLY in 100% English - This is a MUST. 📍Working Details • Location: Moscow city building (office) • Monday-Friday, 8 hours as you prefer • Periodic follow up via email • No sales targets 🔥 What We Offer • Clean, structured role — no sales pressure • Fix salary: Negotiable based on experience • Full training will be provided to guide you through the entire process • English-Speaking Environment • Career Growth Opportunities • Direct Aviation Industry Exposure • Professional Development • International Aviation Industry • Annual company sponsored trip to Dubai 💬Application Process To apply, please send your CV to: kcadeleke249@gmail.com Telegram: @kcadeleke ❗️Important: Please complete the screening form: 🎤 https://forms.gle/hfaS8yNdRGcByDX1A
