⚒️Супертест WoT: А20 🇬🇧A20 (ТТ-4, прем) вышел вчера на супертест. Вероятнее всего для Новогоднего наступления WoT 2027. Характеристики, броня и внешний вид на скринах. Историческая справка (на английском) Immediately after the start of World War II, the British General Staff began developing the A20 heavy infantry tank for battles in Europe. The war was expected to take on a positional character, as in the years of World War I; therefore, the vehicle with 60-mm-thick armor was given an elongated hull with a "tail" at the rear for overcoming trenches and craters. The armament was placed on both the turret and the hull. Mass production was planned to start as early as 1940; however, France's rapid defeat showed that battles would be far more maneuverable than expected. As a result, mass production of the A20 was canceled, the built prototype did not receive an operational turret, and the project itself became the base for creating the A22 Churchill.
