A rowdy in the Tsimlyansky district was jailed for 10 days On the evening of 5 September, a man in a state of intoxication caused a rampage in the House of Culture of the village of Loznovskaya. After that, the troublemaker moved to a nearby store, where he continued to commit unlawful actions. Law enforcement officers who arrived at the call encountered fierce resistance: the rowdy showered the police with obscene language and clearly did not intend to give up without resistance.
