Case about the collision of planes in Mineralnye Vody has reached court ✈️ More than a year later, the criminal case about the incident of May 2025 was sent to court. Then, at the parking stand of the airport, the wings of two aircraft came into contact. According to investigators, a 23-year-old dispatcher directed a plane that had just completed landing to a spot where another board was already standing. It was accompanied to the place by a follow-me car with a 55-year-old driver behind the wheel. Approaching, he saw that the parking spot was occupied by another plane, but did not report it to the dispatcher and left, not completing the escort. The collision cost the owners of the two aircraft more than 12 million rubles. The dispatcher and the driver are charged under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — violation of safety rules for movement and operation of air transport, causing by negligence major damage.
