Banning cars makes busy streets much safer, quieter, and cleaner for everyone who lives there. Liam raised a relevant point when he argued that families with young kids and people with disabilities truly need cars for daily travel. However, this concern is outweighed by special access permits, because the city can simply allow these specific groups to drive while keeping other cars out. Ultimately, while Liam's view has some merit, limiting regular traffic is still the better approach because it quickly creates a healthier environment for the whole community.
