Игорь Игоревич, добрый день!
Игорь Игоревич, добрый день! Ранее вам писала на счет симпозиума https://opportunitiescorners.com/youth-leadership-certification-usa-2027/ Я подготовила мотивационное письмо. Можете посмотреть, пожалуйста. И дать свои рекомендации. Цель получить полный грант на участие. Но это первый опыт. Поэтому, возможно, получится как просто опыт написания такого письма о себе. My professional background is built within Russia’s corporate and international trade sectors. As a commercial manager at PIK, the country’s largest residential real estate developer, I manage daily financial operations and client experience strategies. Working within a market leader has trained me to handle massive operational scales, make data-driven decisions under pressure, and quickly adapt to shifting economic environments. Parallel to my corporate career, I am actively involved in our family’s international trade enterprise, which holds the exclusive distribution rights for the "Booster" tech-massager brand. Managing operations with overseas suppliers, coordinating international logistics, and attending major trade hubs like the Canton Fair exposed me to the harsh realities of global commerce. It also highlighted a critical bottleneck: real-time communication. To navigate these business complexities, I am currently immersed in intensively studying both English and Chinese. Experiencing the friction and inefficiencies of this language-learning process right now is what revealed a massive systemic gap in modern EdTech. In analyzing the market, I identified a sharp fragmentation among existing language tools. Traditional flashcard apps allow users to select their own vocabulary, but they isolate learning to passive, silent memorization. On the other hand, emerging AI voice platforms offer conversational practice, but they confine users to rigid, pre-made scenarios—like ordering coffee or booking a hotel. They offer no flexibility to integrate specific professional terminology, industry-specific jargon, or authentic idioms used by native speakers in high-stakes negotiations. To bridge this clear market gap, I designed a concept for a dynamic, user-driven AI conversational assistant. The core innovation is adaptive context generation. Instead of following a fixed syllabus, the user inputs the exact words, phrases, or native expressions they need to master. The AI then dynamically weaves that specific input into interactive, real-life dialogue scenarios, forcing active verbal usage and analyzing pronunciation in real time. This moves vocabulary from passive memory into active speech. Currently, this project is in its strategic conceptual phase. I am applying for the Youth Leadership Certification USA 2027 to stress-test this EdTech framework against global standards and connect with mentors who understand tech-driven scaling. My goal at the Global Business Symposium is practical: to learn how to transition a conceptual model into a minimum viable product (MVP) and structure a viable pitch for international venture capital. I bring to the summit a unique combination of corporate execution, hands-on experience in international commerce, and a clear vision for the future of AI-driven education.
