⚠️ STOP! Don’t register a SIM card for a stranger — it could land you in jail. Someone offered you cash to register a SIM in your name and hand it over? Don’t do it.It’s not a quick buck — it’s a one‑way ticket to serious trouble. ❌Here’s what happens if you say “yes”: 🔎You become the suspect. If that SIM is used for fraud, threats, or worse, the police will come for you — because it’s registered to your passport. 💵Your bank account is at risk. Fraudsters can link your number to online banking and drain your funds. Your credit history? Ruined. You’ll pay their bills. International calls, premium subscriptions, data overuse — all charged to you. Your number becomes toxic. Spam, threats, blackmail — you’ll get it all. ❗️You may get blacklisted.Mobile operators can ban you from getting new SIMs — forever. ‼️The law is clear: A SIM must be registered to its actual user. Transferring it breaks the contract with the operator. If crimes are committed, you can face criminal charges (e. g., Article 159 of the Russian Criminal Code — Fraud). ➡️Your move: 1. Say “NO” — firmly. No amount of money is worth prison or a ruined life. 2. Report the offer to the police or your operator’s security team. 3. Warn your friends. One post could save someone from disaster. ❗️Don’t trade your future for a few bucks.Your name and data are not for sale.
