Here is a quick checklist to ensure your stay in Russia remains smooth and legal! ☑ Documents & Registration • Check your Passport/Visa: Are they valid for the next few months? • Verify your Migration Card: Is the entry purpose correct? • Confirm your Address: Are you registered at your actual place of residence? • Update your Info: Did you move or change your phone number? Let us know! ☑ Travel & Communication • Plan your trips: Inform the Visa and Registration office or Dean’s office before you depart and after you return to the region/country. • Report Losses: If you lose your passport, migration card, or registration, report it to the university immediately to avoid legal delays. ☑ Medical Insurance • Check Validity: Is your policy active? • Keep Copies: Do you have a digital and a paper copy of your policy? • Know the Contacts: Do you have the emergency contact numbers saved? 💡 Pro-Tip: Insurance is vital for medical care, but remember: Insurance does NOT replace migration documents.
