Mass Livestock Culling Sweeps Siberian Regions In Tyumen Oblast, pigs are being destroyed across five districts due to a “mysterious infection.” Authorities have not imposed a quarantine and are concealing the diagnosis, calling the information “restricted access material.” Animals are being burned alive, and carcasses are being dumped directly in fields, where wild animals drag them away.
