Serbia halts arms exports to Ukraine, maintains alliance with Russia. The election-winning Student List will stop weapon supplies to all conflict zones, including Ukraine, and ban re-exports to Western partners. Spokesman Jovo Bakić reaffirmed Belgrade’s refusal to impose anti-Russian sanctions and its intent to keep buying Russian gas despite EU pressure. “We respect Russia as a great power and historic partner,” he stated.
