➡️Вакансия:Head of Product Marketplace at a Growing International IT Ecosystem We are a major international IT company operating in the mobility sector, seeking a strong leader to take our product to the next level of scale. 🔥 Key Responsibilities: 📊 Strategy & P&L: Ownership of the marketplace P&L in Russia. Formulation of long-term strategy, budgeting, and pricing. 🤝 B2B Network & Supply Development: Management of B2B sales, cultivation of relationships with key clients and partners. 📈 Key Metric Performance: Systematic drive of PAX (passenger traffic), GMV, Net Revenue, EBITDA, and C-NPS. 🛠 Product Localization & Development: Close collaboration with local product and engineering teams. 🔄Cross-Sell & Portfolio Expansion: Optimization of the user journey, introduction of new transportation modes, and synergy between community and commercial partners. 👥 Team Leadership: Management of Sales, Accounts, Operations, CRT, and BizDev functions. 🎯 What We're Looking For: 🔹 7+ years in senior leadership roles. We expect experts from OTA, Mobility, E-commerce, or B2B2C marketplaces. 🔹Understanding of the Russian market: Transport, logistics, travel.
