🔸Профессор кафедры психиатрии и клинической психологии СГМУ, доктор медицинских наук Кирилл Валерьевич Шелыгин представил новую методику для популяционных исследований на XVIII Съезде психиатров России «Психиатрия в условиях смешанной реальности: новые вызовы - новые возможности». 🔹Масштабное мероприятие проходило в Санкт-Петербурге с 20 по 23 мая. ✔К.В. Шелыгин совместно с московскими коллегами А.В. Немцовым (Федеральный научный центр психологических и междисциплинарных исследований) и Т.А. Фаттаховым (МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова) представил доклад на тему «Два способа измерения алкогольной смертности». 🔹В ходе презентации Кирилл Валерьевич доложил научному сообществу результаты разработки новой методики, которая позволяет с высокой точностью выделять «алкогольную составляющую» в структуре общей смертности населения России. Предложенный подход решает давнюю проблему латентной алкогольной смертности, когда причиной гибели формально указываются соматические заболевания, но реальным триггером является хроническая интоксикация этанолом. Shelygin, together with his Moscow colleagues A.V. Nemtsov (Federal Scientific Center for Psychological and Interdisciplinary Research) and T.A. Fattakhov (Lomonosov Moscow State University), presented a report on the topic "Two Methods of Measuring Alcohol-Related Mortality." 🔹During the presentation, Kirill Valerievich presented the scientific community with the results of the development of a new methodology that allows for the accurate identification of the "alcohol component" in the overall mortality rate of the Russian population. The proposed approach solves the long-standing problem of latent alcohol-related mortality, when the cause of death is formally attributed to somatic diseases, but the real trigger is chronic ethanol intoxication.
