Исполняющая обязанности ректора Северного государственного медицинского университета Надежда Александровна Былова приняла участие в Молодежном форуме Профсоюза Здравоохранения Архангельской области "Вместе в будущее". В своём выступлении Надежда Александровна Былова обратила внимание на важный этап профессионального развития специалистов: сегодня путь студента‑медика к будущему работодателю начинается задолго до получения диплома. The event brought together vibrant and engaged young people: active students of medical universities and young professionals from the Arkhangelsk Region, as well as guests from Saint Petersburg and Pskov. This is not just a meeting of like‑minded people — it is a real boost of energy and ideas: those gathered here are ready not just to be members of the trade union, but to change the reality around them. The forum’s goal is to give young professionals the opportunity to become a real driving force of the trade‑union movement. The discussion focused not on abstract tasks, but on concrete mechanisms for engagement and development. In her speech, Nadezhda Alexandrovna Bylova highlighted an important stage in professionals’ career development: today, a medical student’s path to their future employer begins long before they receive their diploma. That is why it is important to build interaction between the students’ trade union and the employees’ trade union in medical organisations — so that support and a professional community accompany a young specialist at every stage of their development.
