Attention! Call for applications: Scholarships from the President and the Government of the Russian Federation! The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (Minobrnauki) announces the start of the competitive selection for the President of the Russian Federation Scholarships and Government of the Russian Federation Scholarships for the 2026 academic year. ❓ Who is eligible to apply? Cit eligible applicants are citizens of the Russian Federation studying full‑time and demonstrating significant achievements in academic and research activities: enrolled in bachelor’s and specialist’s programmes — from the 3rd year onwards; enrolled in master’s programmes — from the 1st year onwards. 🔵 President of the Russian Federation Scholarship Amount: 30 000 rubles per month. ❓ Who is eligible? Students in specialties and fields aligned with the national priorities for scientific and technological development. Academic performance requirements: at least 75 % of grades must be “excellent” for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026; no grades of “satisfactory” (“3”) and no outstanding academic debts at any point during the entire period of study. Achievements (one or more): 🔹publication in a peer‑reviewed journal (included in the “White List”, VAK); 🔹participation in research projects focused on priority technologies; 🔹patent or certificate of intellectual property; 🔹winning a competition included in the list of Presidential grants. 🔵 Government of the Russian Federation Scholarship Amount: 20 000 rubles per month. ❓ Who is eligible? Students of all specialties and fields of study. Academic performance requirements: at least 50 % of grades must be “excellent” for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026; no grades of “satisfactory” (“3”) and no outstanding academic debts at any point during the entire period of study. Achievements (one or more): 🔹publications in peer‑reviewed scientific journals, conference proceedings, or collections; 🔹participation in research projects; 🔹patent or certificate of intellectual property; 🔹award for academic, creative, or sports achievements; 🔹placing in a competition included in the list of Presidential grants; 🔹experience in teaching activities. ❗ Application deadline: Applicants must submit their application strictly before 15:00 (MSK) on 9 June 2026. How to submit: by email: (with the subject line: “Scholarship competition: President/Government”); in person: at office № 1167. ❗ Important note: Applications are processed on the website stipendiya.rf, where they are compiled and signed with an electronic signature by university staff, not by students. Therefore, no information needs to be entered on the website (!!!). ️Application registration occurs after it has been signed with the supervisor’s electronic signature.
