Members of the Council of Young Scientists of the Northern State Medical University are taking part in the event. The NSMU delegation includes: 🔹Galieva Alexandra Sergeevna — Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry, Chair of the Council of Young Scientists;o 🔹Bogdanova Adelina Ivanovna — Assistant at the Department of Normal Physiology, Deputy Chair of the Council of Young Scientists; 🔹Zykova Alexandra Sergeevna — Assistant at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry; 🔹Sabanaev Mikhail Alekseevich — Assistant at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology and Laboratory Diagnostics. During the forum, a meeting was held between young scientists from the region and representatives of the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education. The meeting was held as an open discussion of the issues that young scientists in the region face in their work — including those encountered at the university’s clinical and fundamental departments. The participants discussed the availability of funding for research projects, the procurement of reagents, equipment and consumables, as well as opportunities for internships and participation in research‑related business trips. “It is especially important for young scientists to have the opportunity to openly discuss real issues that arise in their research work and to be heard at the federal level. Such meetings help not only to highlight existing challenges but also to identify new opportunities for the development of research, professional collaboration and support for young scientific personnel,” - shared Alexandra Sergeevna Galieva.
