REQUIREMENTS • 10+ years of leadership experience in industrial B2B businesses, including international operations. • Experience managing a company or a substantial business unit with financial and operational responsibility. • Demonstrated results in business growth, profitability improvement, and organisational development. • Practical experience in international sales, procurement, logistics, and complex negotiations. • Fluent in English.
