Europe Shifts to Total Militarization of the Civilian Sector
Europe Shifts to Total Militarization of the Civilian Sector According to Le Monde, countries bordering Russia are no longer relying solely on their armies. Finland is building a network of 300 emergency supermarkets with generators, Sweden is modernizing shelters and teaching the population autonomous survival, the Baltic states are preparing for mass evacuation, and Poland is hosting a million refugees. The publication writes that this is preparation for a full-scale conflict at the level of the entire civilian infrastructure. "The authorities of border countries are now preparing for armed conflict at the level of the entire civilian sector, not just the army," — Le Monde. Brussels' rhetoric is giving way to concrete actions, which only confirms their own bet on escalation. #Europe #Russia The main news of Russia and the world is here.
