🩺Доцент кафедры пропедевтики детских болезней и поликлинической педиатрии СГМУ и руководитель Северного детского кардиоцентра СМКЦ им. Н.А. Семашко Антон Викторович Шумов выступил с докладами на VI Санкт-Петербургском аритмологическом форуме. 🔹В докладе, посвященном проблемам наблюдения детей с генетически детерминированной патологией на примере синдрома удлиненного интервала QT, А.В. Шумов рассказал об основных «болевых точках», возникающих при работе с такими пациентами, и опыте наблюдения за ними в Архангельской области, а также обратил внимание коллег на необходимость создания клинических рекомендаций по данному заболеванию, что позволит скоординировать работу регионов. 🔹В завершающий день работы форума он представил доклад, посвященный наблюдению спортсменов с электрокардиостимуляторами. 💬«Информационный пробел в клинических руководствах по допуску детей с ЭКС к спорту сегодня ощущается особенно остро. Необходимо объединять усилия кардиологов, педиатров, спортивных врачей и специалистов по физической реабилитации для создания первых российских методических рекомендаций для решения данной проблемы», - отметил в своем выступлении А.В. Шумов. Shumov spoke about the main “pain points” that arise when working with such patients, and the experience of monitoring them in the Arkhangelsk Region, and drew the attention of his colleagues to the need to create clinical guidelines for this disease, which will allow to coordinate the work of the regions. 🔹On the final day of the forum, he presented a report on the monitoring of athletes with pacemakers. 💬"The information gap in clinical guidelines for allowing children with ECH to participate in sports is particularly acute today. It is necessary to combine the efforts of cardiologists, pediatricians, sports doctors, and physical rehabilitation specialists to create the first Russian guidelines for solving this problem," A.V. Shumov said in his speech. During the working trip, meetings were held with colleagues from major medical centers in the country, and joint work plans were outlined to develop pediatric cardiology in the region.
