Mentor's School: NSMU completed the training of the first mentors for medical organizations in the Arkhangelsk region 🔸The NSMU Center for Continuing Professional Education has completed training in the additional professional development program "Mentor School in Healthcare: organization of mentoring and adaptation of young specialists in a medical organization", which was developed in connection with the entry into force of new regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. 🔹The first students were 60 representatives of practical healthcare in the Arkhangelsk region, who will serve as mentors to young professionals after they have passed primary or primary specialized accreditation. ✅During the 18-hour course, students studied the modern regulatory and legal foundations of mentoring, psychological and pedagogical aspects of adult education, methods of effective communication and feedback, issues of professional adaptation of young professionals and many other aspects of mentoring. ➡It should be recalled that a meeting between President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and members of the Government was devoted to the implementation of mentoring programs, at which NSMU presented its experience in building a support system for young professionals at the start of their professional career.
