You are going to give a talk about daily routines. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and speak for not more than 2 minutes (10–12 sentences). Remember to say: • what your favourite part of the day is; • how you spend your evenings; • what teenagers usually do at the weekend; • what your attitude to doing homework is. You have to talk continuously Now I'm going to give a talk about daily routines and my attitude towards doing homework. To start with, it goes without saying that everyone has a daily routine, and each person's day looks a little different. Personally, my favourite part of the day is the evening, because that's when I can finally relax after a long day at school. I feel free and can do whatever I want. As for how I spend my evenings, well, I usually have dinner with my family, and then I do my homework. After that, I like to watch videos online or chat with my friends. Sometimes I go for a walk if the weather is nice. I also enjoy reading before I go to sleep, because it helps me calm down. As a matter of fact, teenagers usually do quite different things at the weekend. For example, some of my friends like to go to the cinema or hang out at a shopping centre. Others prefer to stay at home and play video games. Personally, I enjoy spending time outdoors — I often go cycling or meet up with friends in the park. I'd like to add that my attitude to doing homework is generally positive, but it depends on the subject. For instance, I don't mind doing English or history homework because I find these subjects interesting. But I have to admit that maths homework can be really tiring sometimes. To sum up, daily routines may seem boring, but they actually help us stay organised and make the most of our time. That's all I wanted to say about daily routines and my attitude towards doing homework 📚
