This is a real starting point for those who want to help people and develop in the field of medicine! The programme was very intensive and valuable: 🔹 Structure of the movement: the participants learned how the Regional Branch is organised, what opportunities are available to volunteers, and how to become part of a large team. 🔹 Psychological training: the basics of conflict management were covered. Now the participants know how to find common ground in difficult situations and stay calm. 🔹 The quest “In the World of Medical Volunteers”. This was the most dynamic event! Students immersed themselves in each area of work to figure out what they’d like to focus on personally. 🔹 Educational modules: communication and motivation were discussed. The participants talked about how important it is to listen to patients and what motivates healthcare workers to provide help. A lot of work and good deeds lie ahead for the students! ✅ As part of the national project “Youth and Children”. Source
