Вестник постмодернизма, выпуск №258 В продолжение разговора об одноразовой посуде покажем вам прототип изделия, спроектированного Жоаной Карвальо, дизайнером из Португалии, в 2009-2010 гг. , во время учебы в Авейруском университете. По задумке автора, этот «Набор для кофе» должен отливаться из биополимера и поставляться в комплекте с кофейным бобом, который можно посадить, в том числе используя в качестве цветочного горшка выполнившую свою функцию кофейную чашку. На созидательный лад должен был настраивать и сам набор, намеренно напоминающий отливки сборных моделей - отличие только в том, что сборные модели изготавливаются из пластика, а этот набор должен был быть биоразлагаемым: все части набора можно было утилизировать, поместив их в цветочный горшок вместе с кофейным бобом. ——— Sunday Postmodernism, issue No. 258 Circling back to our conversation about disposable tableware, we would like to show you a prototype designed by Joana Carvalho, a Portuguese designer, in 2009–2010, when she was a student of the University of Aveiro. Called the Kit Cafe, the object was intended to be molded from a biopolymer and come with a coffee bean, which could later be planted - using, among other things, the coffee cup itself as a flowerpot once it had fulfilled its original function. The set’s very form was meant to encourage a constructive, almost playful attitude. It deliberately recalls the sprues of model kits: the difference being that, while such kits are usually made of plastic, Carvalho’s set was conceived as biodegradable. Every part of it could be disposed of by placing it in a flowerpot together with the coffee bean.
